1.  Students must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

2.  Students must be enrolled in a College or University.

3.   All participants must be enrolled as a student for any period during the 2009-2010 academic year. ANY student qualifies, whether they are full time or part time, graduate or under graduate, at a 1-year, 2-year, 4-year or graduate school.

4.   Student awards will be paid in cash.

5.   Taxes are the responsibility of each student.

8.   Contest winner agrees to grant Lifeofsports.com the right to use their name, picture, likeness in all media in conjunction with Lifeofsports.com products, services or marketing.

9.   Contest winner agrees to release Aced.com and its authorized representatives and contractors from any liability (including, without limitation, claims based on invasion of privacy, defamation or right of publicity) arising out of any distortion or illusionary effect resulting from the publication of my picture , portrait, likeness , or Scholarship award.

10.   Contest winner warrants and represents that this license does not in any way conflict with any existing commitment on the contest winner's part.

11.   Proof of enrollment includes the following: Letter of acceptance by the post secondary institution whether a new student or returning student. This must be an official school document with the seal of the register of the post secondary institution on it.

12.   Students consent to having their photo taken and their details published in the press.

13.   Management reserves the right to change the awards, dates and times of the events as well as the number of entrants.

14.   We acknowledge that this event is not endorsed by any particular college or club. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that. participation in this event does not violate any college, state or federal law.

15.   Students will receive a trip for two to Cancun only when nominated by someone other than themselves. Trips are not transferrable to other students.
