Nick Foligno will report to the Ottawa Senators training camp in September with a little job security.

The Senators re-signed the left-winger for two years. Terms of the deal were not announced.

Foligno, 22, scored nine goals and a career-high 17 assists in 61 games last season, his third with the NHL team.

The Buffalo native missed 20 regular-season games with right leg injuries.

Foligno collected one assist in six games in a first-round playoff loss.

He has 32 goals and 35 assists for 67 points in 187 NHL regular-season contests while recording 132 penalty minutes.

Foligno was a standout in junior with the Sudbury Wolves of the Ontario Hockey League, posting 65 goals and 196 points in 136 games.
