A poker club in a Northeastside industrial park was raided and closed by Indianapolis metropolitan police Tuesday night.

About 60 people in the club were cited for illegal gambling, and three people were arrested, said police spokesman Sgt. Matthew Mount.

Ryan Roe, 36, was charged with a D felony of promoting professional gambling. Donald Kincaid, 65, was charged with illegal gambling, in addition to carrying a firearm without a license. Richard Harvey, 28, was arrested for illegal gambling and a civil contempt warrant.

The club, IPC, was at 3936 Pendleton Way, west of I-465 and south of Pendleton Pike. Inside were nine poker tables where police said gamblers had to put up at least $100 to play.

Police had been investigating the club for nearly a year.
