Provider of electronic bingo, gaming equipment and services, GameTech International Inc., has recently received approval from the Louisiana Gaming Commission to install MegaPlex video poker machines.

The machines are manufactured by the company's video gaming manufacturing division, Summit Gaming, whose MegaPlex video poker machines have set the standards in Louisiana as state of the art, in rich graphics and player appeal, advanced technology, and unbeatable quality. Summit Gaming's machines are already available in states such as Montana. According to Summit Gaming Division President, Tam Carson, "we have completed the Beta testing and received final regulatory approval".

The MegaPlex platform has experienced outstanding growth in markets outside of Louisiana, and much of it can be accredited to its recognition as the world's most technologically advanced platform in the video lottery market. The company currently provides services to 41 US states, Mexico, the Philippines, Canada, Norway, Japan, and the United Kingdom.
